I read a few reviews looked at photos and decided to send a message. John replied promptly to each of my messages. He is a certified plumber and worked for the gas company for 17 years so I felt comfortable having him install the valve. On the scheduled day he arrived on time (actually early which didn't bother me) and explained what he needed to do. Afterwards, he showed me the valve and made sure I knew how it worked and he checked the water heater and stove to be sure they were operating. He even gave the pipes a fresh coat of paint! John is friendly, easy to communicate with and willing to answer questions. I would recommend him.
